My Entreleadership Experience 2009

This page is dedicated to sharing my experience with EntreLeadership.
EntreLeadership is an information-packed event for entrepreneurs and business leaders. Dave Ramsey personally shares the same business principles and philosophies he uses in his own company.

Entreleadership-The process of leading to cause a venture to grow and prosper.

I have had the opportunity to experience two EntreLeadership events. If you follow my blog and receive my newsletter, you know I cut to the chase and give straight-forward feedback and advice. My background is in health insurance and marketing technology. I served in a family operated business called American Health Underwriters established in 1968 by my father. As with all organizations, we have challenges. The key to overcoming them is your ability to equip yourself and your willingness to adapt as a leader.

Your business is an extension of YOU! It looks like you, it acts like you, has your strengths, weaknesses and your spirit. I wanted to transform into better version of myself for my family, my team, my customers and my community. That is a gift on which no value can be placed. Therefore, EntreLeadership is a product that I endorse. The knowledge that I gained from Dave and his team was invaluable. As a Christian, I see the principles from The Bible come to life in my organization after allowing Dave and his team to teach me how to sow seeds in my work.

Feel free to contact me if you wish. I will share what I have experienced and happy to answer questions from the point of view of a participant.

Business is NOT just about money. If you believe that it is, you are missing the point. I hope you take a moment to reflect on the fact that your business is an extension of you and your spirit. Your business is a manifestation of your character and values in the material realm called the market. Just as your faith is a manifestation of who you are in the spiritual realm. They are connected and inseparable.
